Concert Performance
The overall concept of “Mond.Ich” is derived from literary forms developed by Arno Schmidt, such as his “photo album”, “extended mind games”, etc. The spoken texts are assigned poetic titles related to three different times measuring the rhythms of life, days and work: “beschädigtes Tagesmosaik”, “Bindfaden der Bedeutungslosigkeit” and “mitleidiges Sieb”. A text-music improvisation on the Arno Schmidt exhibition with Anna Clementi (voice), Ulrike Brand (cello) and Matthias Bauer (voice and double bass).
