Geschäftsführersitzung is the first joint work by Oliver Sturm and Kathrin Röggla. In the grotesquely comical radio play, the dissolution of a managerial meeting at a large institution after the election of an authoritarian politician descends into farce – it shows how speaking and not speaking can overlap perfidiously. Through the impulsive invocation of the powerlessness of institutions, a rite emerges that is capable of thwarting these: It is not by chance that the Akademie is chosen as the venue for this
event.
