Sima Luipert is a regional and rural development management practitioner as well as human rights and social justice activist. She has a broad range of rural planning, governance, project management and community development experience. Sima Luipert currently serves as Director of Development Planning for the Hardap Regional Council and is Deputy Chairperson of the Nama Genocide Technical Committee (NTLA). She furthermore serves as Chair in the Board of Management of Riruako Centre for Genocide and Memory Studies.
